Francisco was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois where he has always aspired and taken pride on being a vessel to his community. He's a graduate from Aurora University and has experience in the banking world, financial advisory, and as an income tax specialist. His bilingual/bicultural background allows him to relate to various walks of life which gave him the confidence and assurance needed to be of value. He is married and is a father to a charismatic 12-year-old boy. They love to spend their time off watching or playing sports, playing outside with their dog, watching movies, and traveling.
