Background

The Aurora Financial Empowerment Center was brought to our community in 2020 by a pilot grant from the Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE) Fund with support from Bloomberg Philanthropies. Today, it is funded by the City’s General Fund, federal Community Development Block Grant dollars, and contributions from local and national corporations and foundations.
